COMMUNITY EXTENSION PROGRAM
* Community Extension Program was initiated by the University and the Safer River, Life Saver Foundation, Inc. in cooperation with the various agencies in the government, DILG REGION10, City Government through CLENRO, DENR – EMB, BFAR and LGU of 16 river barangays and other government agencies and various department heads of the university; DR. MARIANO M. LERIN, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer; DR. GLORY S. MAGDALE, Vice President for Academic Affairs; DR. TERESITA T. TUMAPON, Dean, Graduate Studies and Consultant, International Affairs; DR. ROSALINA S. HUERBANA, Executive Director, Safer River, Life Saver Foundation, Inc., to offer academic courses for LGU employees assigned in Environmental related department in various government offices, national or local.
* This program is offered on a trimester basis that will start on May, 2006 (as the first trimester) and will end on April, 2008 (two years until final submission of final requirements. The University professors, each presenting a different aspect of the topic which has been chosen for the trimester, a diploma or Special Order will be given to the students who can finish the 15 modules that is equivalent to forty-five (45) units for non-thesis and forty-two (42) units for thesis program.
Extension Programs are integrated in the School of Graduate Studies of Liceo de Cagayan University as master in management major in Environmental Planning and Management. These programs are carried out every trimester and consist of three (3) subjects per trimester. Lectures in each subject are given by professors who are experts in their respective fields

- Training participants are issued with corresponding ID to facilitate access to the University Libraries. The libraries facilities include internet research facilities.
